Around 120 industry representatives came together in Clark on Friday for an evening of relaxed networking over some delicious drinks and tasty canapes as Inside Asian Gaming celebrated the last MAD of 2024 at speakeasy bar TABOO at Hann Casino Resort.
The first ever MAD to be held outside of its traditional homes of Macau and Manila, Clark After Dark proved a roaring success as guests – including PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro Tengco and Hann Chairman and CEO Dae Sik Han – reveled in the Christmas spirit.
TABOO proved to be a popular venue for Clark After Dark, described by Hann Casino Resort as, “a speakeasy bar themed around the prohibition era, exuding a retro vibe exhibited by vintage decor, ambient lighting and a cozy atmosphere. It also features four baccarat gaming tables and a Lucky 9 gaming table. With jazz or blues music in the background, specialty beverages and Cuban cigars, TABOO presents an exclusive experience fit for a gentleman.”

Debuting back in early 2019, MAD is a regular series of industry networking social events held in the Asian gaming hubs of Macau and Manila. Each MAD brings together key industry decision-makers with the people they want to meet in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The event rotates around the region’s best hospitality venues – some well-known and some hidden gems.
MAD will return in 2025 with the venues for the first events to be announced early next year.
