Clark’s Hann Resorts is building on its market-leading position via an expansion of Hann Casino Resort and exciting new announcements around its Hann Reserve development.

A floor dedicated to world class gaming facilities

Hann Resorts is continuing to expand its presence in Central Luzon as a pioneer developer of integrated resorts in the region.

Its flagship property, Hann Casino Resort, is known as the first fully integrated resort in Clark, Pampanga – the ultimate playground north of Manila. It offers a dynamic mix of gaming and non-gaming facilities across 11 hectares in the heart of Clark Freeport Zone.

Hann Casino Resort features a world-class grand casino with over 200 tables and electronic games, over 1,000 slot machines, as well as 865 luxury hotel rooms from renowned hospitality brands Swissôtel Clark, Clark Marriott and Widus Hotel. It is regarded as the “Culinary Capital of Clark” owing to its 15 acclaimed restaurants, bars and cafes.

While Pampanga is known for its best Filipino dishes, Hann Casino Resort promises an elevated dining experience with the finest local flavors and international cuisines under one roof, served with five-star service excellence.  The property has recently opened its retail strip, 8th Avenue, home to new and exciting food and other concepts in Clark for a more rewarding shopping and dining experience.

Building on the success of its flagship property, Hann Casino Resort has commenced its latest expansion project to make more space for both gaming and non-gaming activities. The casino area consists of two floors, the first floor being an open gaming area with over 60 new gaming tables and more than 500 slot machines, and the second floor dedicated to private gaming and dining.

An Asian fine dining restaurant for VIPs

Part of the expansion project is a set of brand-new restaurant concepts and a cafe. The second floor VIP gaming area will feature a specialty restaurant that will serve Korean, Japanese and Chinese fine dining options. Meanwhile, the ground floor will showcase a more casual dining experience of the same cuisine. The expansion wing will feature a café situated between the original and new gaming areas, offering a selection of coffee and tea sourced from around the globe. Inspired by the Silk Road theme, the café will transform into a cocktail and wine lounge in the evenings.

The first phase of this expansion is slated for completion by the fourth quarter of 2025, with full completion targeted for the first quarter of 2026. To support this development, Hann Resorts recently finalized a loan agreement with its partner banks, a collaboration that began in 2019.

Bike trail paths around the public park

Simultaneously, Hann Resorts is also undergoing developments of Hann Reserve, a 450-hectare eco-luxury sanctuary at New Clark City, Tarlac. The estate will feature three 18-hole championship designer golf courses by Nicklaus Design, Nick Faldo and KJ Choi along with the only PGA-affiliated player development facilities in the country. Complementing these amenities are prestigious international hotel brands Banyan Tree, InterContinental Hotel and other luxury hospitality brands.

Hann Reserve aims to be more than just a destination – it is envisioned as a community. The estate will include exclusive ultra-luxury villa residences, condominium towers, lifestyle commercial centers, a casino and an international school.

Hann recently held a groundbreaking ceremony of the public park at Hann Reserve.

Adding to its contributions to the community, Hann Reserve has recently undergone a groundbreaking ceremony on the Public Park for New Clark City, a premier public space designed to offer diverse recreational activities, lush greenery and stunning natural landscapes. Plans for the park include elevated walkways, tree-top adventure activities and well-defined access points to ensure safety. This green space is envisioned to promote active lifestyles and foster community engagement.

A new cafe adopting the Silk Roads concept will form part of the Hann Casino Resort expansion.

The project is anchored on sustainability by maximizing the use of existing vegetation and native trees. Irrigation systems will be strategically implemented to minimize water consumption and promote natural growth patterns to ensure that the community coexists harmoniously with its natural surroundings.

With these developments, Hann Resorts not only strengthens its position as a leading lifestyle destination in the region but also creates spaces that inspire a life that is lived boldly.
