Malaysian gaming product distributor RGB International Bhd has now completed the delivery and installation of a bulk order of 1,968 slot machines to Philippine gaming regulator PAGCOR’s Casino Filipino properties, the company has confirmed.

In response to queries from IAG, an RGB spokesperson said, “We are delighted to inform you that the recent bulk order from PAGCOR has been successfully delivered and commissioned according to plan.”

The machines had been progressively delivered directly to each designated Casino Filipino outlet, the spokesperson added.

RGB announced in May that it had been awarded a contract by PAGCOR to supply 1,968 electronic gaming machines along with related accessories, LED signage and displays as part of a massive US$81.3 million deal.

The deal formed part of PAGCOR’s efforts to revitalize its self-operated casinos in order to maximize value before it begins in earnest a push to privatize them. The agency has stated its intention to become a pure regulator by 2028.

Of the 1,968 EGMs supplied hy RGB, 888 are units of Aristocrat and another 888 of Light & Wonder, with 150 from Konami and the remaining 42 from South Korean brand KL Saberi.
