The World Poker Tour has confirmed it will return to Jeju for the second time this year in November, with WPT Korea to be held at Jeju Shinhwa World’s Landing Casino from 15 November to 1 December.
The series features three championship events, including the KRW2.5 million (US$1,860) buy-in WPT Korea Championship from 15 to 22 November with a KRW1.68 billion (US$1.25 million) prize pool guarantee.
The Korea Poker Cup will run from 21 to 26 November and the Red Dragon Poker Tour from 26 November to 1 December.
“Jeju Island is a sensational location and has become a popular stop on the WPT schedule,” said WPT CEO Adam Pliska. “Thanks to our partners at Landing Casino and Red Dragon who have spearheaded the planning to bring WPT Korea back for a second time this season.”

The last WPT Korea event held in late March attracted 1,065 entries with Mate Hanusi proving victorious.
