Global gaming supplier Light & Wonder says it will present a diverse portfolio of innovations for land-based casinos and the digital gaming sector at next week’s Global Gaming Expo (G2E), running from 7 to 10 October in Las Vegas.

The line-up will include new games as well as fresh iterations of successful franchises like Huff N’ Puff, Ultimate Fire Link, Invaders Attack Again from the Planet Moolah and Dancing Drums. The company explained that each of these games brings something new to the table, providing players with more ways to enjoy the iconic brands.

To be unveiled for the first time will be “Universal Monsters: Dracula” – the follow-up of “Universal Monsters: Frankenstein” and a new The Wizard of Oz titled “The Wizard of Oz – I’ll Get You My Pretty”.

New variants across the Huff N’ Puff franchise will include Huff N’ Even More Puff Grand and Huff N’ Puff Big Money Edition.

On the cabinet side, Light & Wonder will unveil the next variant of its Cosmic cabinet, the new Cosmic Upright cabinet, featuring a 49-inch Ultra HD 4K LCD curved screen, enhanced player interaction capabilities and sleek lighting features.

Also debuting at G2E is Obsidian, a new hardware solution for Electronic Table Games designed to bring flexibility and advanced functionality to ETG operators. The company said it offers a “sleek and cohesive platform that enhances the player experience with modern comforts they have come to expect from high-end gaming terminals.”

Likewise, the new Quartz Hybrid Nova software update provides operators with a host of new options for game offerings and configurations. Ruyi Baccarat will also make its way from traditional felt to a digital platform offering players a fresh twist on the classic baccarat experience.

And in systems, Light & Wonder is unveiling a suite of next-generation solutions aimed at driving operational excellence and enhancing the player journey – led by Canvas. According to information from Light & Wonder, Canvas is a fully customizable, highly configurable web-based dashboard that unifies all Light & Wonder system applications into one platform. This aims to simplify day-to-day operations for casino operators, enhance productivity and provide a tailored interface for a more seamless experience.

Similarly, the company’s cardless and identification technology will be on show, offering features such as facial recognition and Near-Field Communication. Light & Wonder said the introduction of this technology aims to further revolutionizes the player experience, allowing instant interaction with slots and tables without the need for physical cards.

“Our goal has always been to create unforgettable gaming experiences,” said Light & Wonder’s President and CEO, Matt Wilson.

“This year’s line-up exemplifies our dedication to innovation and creativity, with products that deliver real value for operators while keeping players excited and engaged. We’re looking forward to showcasing how our diverse product portfolio is driving new levels of performance.”
