Solaire Resort operator Bloomberry Resorts Corp says it plans to open its third Solaire-branded integrated resort, to be located in Cavite to the south of Metro Manila, “in the next five to 10 years”.
The company issued a filing on Wednesday in response to local media reports about the project.
In the filing, Bloomberry confirmed it is “in process of completing the land acquisition in Paniman, Ternate, Cavite and developing the masterplan for this project.
“While the timeline has not been finalized, the Paniman development is definitely a project that the company is keen to develop and open in the next five to 10 years.”
The Cavite IR will be the company’s third after Solaire Resort Entertainment City, opened in 2013, and Solaire Resort North, opened in March of this year.
