With around 350 people in attendance, The Industry Party has become one of Asia’s most important trade show networking events.

One of the Asian gaming industry’s largest networking events hit new heights in 2024 with IAG’s The Industry Party seeing around 350 guests come together for a night of revelry at Vista at MGM Cotai.

First held in 2023, The Industry Party – TIP for short – has become a vital networking opportunity for the region’s gaming product suppliers, as evidenced by the record 17 sponsors who lent their support.

Aside from catching up with colleagues new and old, they enjoyed an evening of lively entertainment, tasty canapes and delectable drinks while taking in the surrounds of the unique indoor/outdoor venue.

Ken Jolly, the Vice President and Managing Director, Asia for Light & Wonder, said his company was proud to be a key sponsor of the event.

“We’re great supporters of the industry, and the industry is good to us,” he said on the night. “We like to put back into the industry and you look at the room here tonight: there are customers, there are other vendors – the whole industry is here. It looks like a fabulous event and of course we should be involved.

“We’re well past COVID now and the show (G2E Asia) has come back to Macau. It’s like getting the old family back together with lots of people making relationships again like they did in the past.”

Carlos Tang, Business Development Director of Macau-based construction company Top Builders Group, added, “It’s a great party. It’s a bit different to what we usually participate in but I think everybody knows everybody in Macau so it’s good to catch up with old friends and meet some new people too.

“We are doing a lot of construction work here and I think gaming and construction is related in Macau, so we feel tonight is a good opportunity to come and join the party!”

A huge thankyou goes out to the 17 supporting sponsors, representing some of the largest and most innovative suppliers in Asian gaming and supporting industries.

TIP was attended by representatives of the three Diamond Sponsors in Light & Wonder, Okada Manila and Top Builders Group.

There were also colleagues from four Platinum Sponsors in Aristocrat Gaming, IDX Games, IGT and Tecnet Asia, while the 10 Gold Sponsors were Angel, Asia Pioneer Entertainment (APE), Aruze Gaming, Everi, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), JCM Global, Konami, Macau Slot, MdME and Walker Digital Table Systems (WDTS).
