Finals and semi-finals tickets to ITTF World Cup Macao 2024 sell out in just 2.24 seconds

According to mainland media, semi-final and final tickets for the ITTF Men’s and Women’s World Cup Macao 2024 – Presented by Galaxy Entertainment Group, sold out just 2.24 seconds after going on sale.

The series, co-organized by the Sports Bureau, Galaxy Entertainment Group and World Table Tennis Management Group Limited, will be held at Galaxy Arena from 15 to 21 April 15 to 21.

Tickets for the tournament went on sale at 10am on Friday morning, but according to Sina Media, they sold out almost immediately. Tickets for earlier days remained available.

The World Cup Macao 2024 will bring 48 male and 48 female table tennis players to Macau to compete for the title, including the winner of the 2023 Men’s Table Tennis World Championships, Fan Zhendong, and women’s champion Sun Yingsha.

The first stage of the tournament will be held from 15 to 17 April, followed by the knockout rounds on 18 and 19 April, semi-finals on 20 April and the final on 21 April.
