Global gaming supplier Light & Wonder, Inc has announced an enhanced collaboration with SHR Group’s Allora CRS booking engine that will provide operators with greater customization of the customer experience when booking hotel rooms using the company’s L&W Engage global loyalty platform.

Light & Wonder said the collaboration will see the Allora CRS booking engine integrate with L&W Engage whereby it will enable operators to use a guest’s predicted revenue value to access exclusive member rates and offers, both through the booking engine and the call center, ensuring that the customer gets the right room at the right rate and on the right day.

“This integration and advanced capabilities of L&W Engage have significantly enhanced the experiences of our customers whose hotel encounters play a large role in the overall customer journey,” said Jon Wolfe, President of Global Systems and Service at Light & Wonder. “We are excited to expand this offering, empowering our customers to elevate the guest experience and deepen customer loyalty.”

Dan Edmonds, Vice President of Casino Strategy & Solutions at SHR Group, added, “Allora CRS has been an integral part of our success story. Together with the L&W Engage platform, we offer a dynamic solution that is redefining customer engagement in the hospitality industry.”

The integrated solution is now accessible to both potential and existing L&W Engage and SHR Group customers, Light & Wonder said.
