Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has announced the promotion of Australia-based Samantha Powell and US-based Ginnie Hollis to the respective positions of Vice President, Engineering in a move designed to further strengthen the company’s global leadership team.
Powell, based in GLI’s Adelaide office, will in her new role focus on the support and development of her teams, regulators, suppliers and operators, primarily in the land-based gaming space globally.
Since first joining GLI in 2001, she has participated in and overseen teams in engineering, math, compliance and quality assurance, while her most recent focus as General Manager of GLI APAC grew her culture and market diversification as well as her business acumen, GLI explained in a statement.

Hollis, based in GLI’s Colorado, USA office will also focus on the support and development of her teams, regulators, suppliers and operators but primarily in the digital gaming spac, globally.
According to GLI, Hollis has had many hands-on and leadership experiences in both land-based and digital gaming spaces since her career at GLI began in 2005. Her most recent focus as Director of Engineering challenged her to work primarily with global remote teams and new and existing clients.
