Manila’s Newport World Resorts (NWR) will become home to the Philippines’ first Gordon Ramsay-branded restaurant with the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill expected to open by the second quarter of 2024.
Described as one of the integrated resort’s biggest restaurants to date, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill will offer a curated selection of rare breed steaks, grilled specialties and fresh market seafood, while the legendary chef’s iconic Beef Wellington will also appear on the menu.
According to NWR, the partnership is typical of the expansion efforts of both brands, with Gordon Ramsay restaurants showing aggressive growth across multiple destinations around the globe, while the Manila property has been working towards its goal of becoming the most multifaceted leisure destination in the country.
“The opening of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill within the property by the second quarter of 2024 is part of NWR’s epic transformation,” said NWR Chairman Kevin L. Tan. “We are delighted to partner with chef Gordon Ramsay on his first restaurant in the Philippines. Moreover, our customers can look forward to more exciting announcements from NWR in the coming months.”
