Trade Talk: Thailand’s vision for legalized casino gaming

In January, Thailand’s House of Representatives approved from a special House committee recommending the establishment of integrated resorts with casinos in up to five locations across the country, part of a plan to boost high-end tourism to the Southeast Asian nation in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Inside Asian Gaming speaks with Udorn Olsson, Advisor to the House committee, to learn more about Thailand’s casino vision.

Olsson is also scheduled to speak at the G2E Asia Special Edition: Singapore conference this week on a panel titled “Spotlight on Thailand and Japan”, running from 3:50pm until 5pm on Tuesday.
