CLIENT PROMOTION

Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 is positioned on Macau’s picturesque waterfront in the center of the charming historic quarter and within walking distance of UNESCO world heritage sites.

Located inside the entertainment complex of Ponte 16, Sofitel Macau delivers a glamorous mix of classic and modern styles.

CHIC DESIGN – HOTEL LOBBY
During the initial hotel designing period, the architects of the building wanted to include a historical Portuguese and Macanese appearance, especially in the lobby. The traditional Portuguese arches and the pattern of the Senado Square gravel road were reinterpreted in elegant marble materials.

ART & CULTURE – PAINTINGS
Taking a tour of the hotel, you can overlook the famous Ruins of St Paul’s through the windows of most hotel rooms or fall in love with a series of paintings created by a secret Macanese artist, drawn with the view of the inner harbor and hung in the main lobby and hallways of the building. Walk out of the hotel and be instantly connected to the local traditional neighborhood and historical heritage sites.

GUEST ROOMS
Sofitel Macau has 408 guest rooms which overlook the charming harbor and city glitz. All rooms are fitted with Sofitel MyBed™, which promises the ultimate sleeping experience, whilst Lanvin bathroom products ensure ultimate comfort for guests.

The 19 units of Mansion at Sofitel, with four themed designs, offer the ultimate in style, elegance and personal comfort as well as the finest in-room technology for convenience and peace of mind when traveling.

MISTRAL
Mistral Restaurant offers impressive international buffets and à la carte dining throughout the day. For breakfast, try oven-fresh Viennoiserie and French press coffee along with a luxury Sofitel breakfast selection. For lunch and dinner, explore a large variety of fresh seafood, French-style Rotisserie carving, Japanese Sushi and Sashimi as well as Chinese and French Cuisine. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful outside scenery at the Pool Terrace while dining.

PRIVÉ
Discover Prive, where boldness and creativity meet our chef’s “savoir faire”. Set menus are crafted around dry aged US prime beef cuts served in sharing style – all while taking in the spectacular views of Macau’s UNESCO heritage sites. Prive is the perfect restaurant to surprise your guests on special occasions, either for your regular à la carte experience or for any kind of private event.

LE CHINOIS
Experience Sofitel’s Cantonese restaurant, situated on the 18th floor and treat yourself to inventive dim sum and daily special recommendations from the Master Chef.

Return in the evening to select the finest dishes from Le Chinois’s new à la carte menu full of local classics and freshest seafood while enjoying the picturesque 18th-floor views of the river and the sunset over Zhuhai and Macau.

RENDEZVOUS
Rendezvous Lobby Bar envelops you in the glamorous atmosphere of a retro French café in Macau. Enjoy the famous “Le Gouter” afternoon tea or one of Rendezvous’ classic French inspired evening offers, such as “Apero Chic”. And be sure to catch “Cheese Nights” which take place on the first Thursday of the month!

SOFITEL SPA
Rejuvenating world traditions and French cosmetology, Sofitel SPA invites you to experience unforgettable moments of wellbeing and beauty. Spend time in the innovative multi-sensory shower, feel the benefit from traditional Asian treatments or wet and dry Hammam treatments from the Middle East. The latest modern French cosmetology techniques are all part of the Sofitel SPA experience.

SOFITEL FITNESS
Sofitel Fitness provides a range of advanced fitness and wellness equipment suitable for everything from a quick recharge to a full workout. A personal fitness coach is available upon request.

SWIMMING POOLS
Set amidst gently waving palm trees and lush landscaping, the free-form main pool and terrace form an attractive venue for leisure hours. Guests staying at the exclusive Mansion at Sofitel have their own hideaway pool, a beautifully landscaped private oasis.

MANSION POOL
The Mansion swimming pool, located at eighth floor, is a special treat for guests staying in Sofitel’s opulent Mansions. Patterns of Portuguese architectural elements are built with mosaics inspired by Senado Square in Macau – much like the lobby’s marble floor. The stunning Pearl River view makes this the perfect place for a private yoga class or for some sunbathing.

MAGNIFIQUE MEETINGS
The hotel meeting facilities include a multi-function room, Baccara, with a seating capacity of up to 400 guests, while the Promenade room is ideal for presentations or group meetings of up to 150 guests. Unique outdoor terraces with spectacular views offer the opportunity to arrange banquets and functions in magnificent style.
