Wynn Macau is one of a number of Macau concessionaires increasing their efforts to promote vaccination in the community by offering team members up to three days of additional leave to accompany their children or senior family members when they receive their COVID-19 vaccine, and to care for them afterwards.
The special vaccine leave will be effective from 7 March to 30 June 2022 and covers family members receiving their first, second or third dose.
Wynn had previously offered up to two days of special leave in March 2021 to staff who had completed their vaccination doses. Those who receive their third “booster” dose of the COVID-19 vaccine are also entitled to a special day of leave.
The company said its overall vaccination rate among team members now stands at almost 95%.
