Wynn Macau Ltd has announced a Special Allowance, equal to one month’s gross salary, to be paid to eligible staff members on 29 January 2022.
The Special Allowance, said to be in appreciation of all team members’ collective efforts over the past year, will cover 97.8% of the company’s roughly 12,000 employees.
In announcing the annual bonus payment, Wynn Macau alluded to the “exceptional level of loyalty, commitment and discipline demonstrated by all Wynn team members,” which it said had allowed the company to ensure “the continuity and enhancement of its renowned service culture and hospitality standards.
“This has been particularly evident during the ongoing period of pandemic prevention and control, with team members actively responding to the SAR government’s encouragement for everyone to get vaccinated,” the company said.
“The vaccination rate for Wynn team members has now reached 94.2% which will help to build herd immunity for the community.”
