Scientific Games has announced the appointment of Trevor Ross as its new Sales Director for Asia.
Ross assumes the role as of this month after serving as a key member of the company’s sales team since 2018, Scientific Games said, and in the industry as a whole for more than 20 years.
He previously served as Account Manager for the Asian Gaming Group and during his tenure played a pivotal role in Scientific Games’ rapid growth across the region.
Ross brings a wealth of experience to the new role, having held various sales and management roles across multiple jurisdictions. He first moved to Macau in 2006 to assist with the opening of Aristocrat’s APAC business and after relocating back to Australia at the end of 2010, managed sales to most of the largest gaming operators in the region.
Joining Scientific Games and returning to Macau in 2018 as Regional Account Manager, his new role as Sales Director – Scientific Games Asia gives him the responsibility of overseeing the company’s Revenue & Account Management functions along with responsibilities for market development initiatives of Scientific Games’ slot, table utilities, electronic table systems and proprietary table games products.
Ross holds an MBA from Deakin University and various qualifications in Applied Science and electronics.
