Suncity Group provides a variety of high quality dining experiences to customers across Asia via its whollyowned subsidiary, Sun Food and Beverage Group Ltd.

Since its establishment in 2007, Suncity Group has become a multinational integrated entertainment conglomerate. For sustainable development, it is necessary to develop all-round services to satisfy customers and promote the moderate diversification of Macau’s economy, as well as those jurisdictions in which Suncity is looking to expand.

The Group has been committed to the development of entertainment, food and beverage, and tourism over the years, and the success of its subsidiaries – Sun Entertainment Culture, Sun Travel and Sun Food and Beverage – show the importance of products and services diversification.

Sun Food and Beverage was established in 2011 and provides high-quality dining experience for Macau residents and visitors. With food safety and quality as one of its top priorities, Sun Food and Beverage Group Limited strives to provide its customer with exquisite dining experiences.

In 2019, the company was issued ISO 9001 and HACCP Certification in recognition of its meticulous attention and stringent regulation on food safety. Sun Food and Beverage expanded its business to mainland China in the same year, launching eight restaurants which feature Southeast Asian cuisine in Chengdu and Chongqing.

Currently, Suncity owns eight restaurants in Macau, including SKY 21 – a high-end venue in a spectacular location offering Euro-Continental and Pan-Asian cuisine.

Sun Food and Beverage was issued ISO 9001 and HACCP Certification in 2019 in recognition of its meticulous attention and stringent regulation on food safety.

Tian Chao offers cuisine from Chaozhou and Guangdong cooked by a Michelin-winner master chef, Sun Café is renowned for its nostalgic design of a ‘70s Hong Kong style café with authentic dishes, Hot Pot Master specializes in Seafood Hot Pot, Sky Café demonstrates culinary innovations and art, Congee Champion highlights Chinese Dim Sum, noodles and congee, while Bottles provides a combination of industrial interior design, postmodernism and innovative cocktails.

There is also a European-style bakery called Jam and Butter, while Red Food Product produces Asian and European delicacies such as Chinese dim sum and dumplings, bread and pastries, pasta and more.

Sun Food and Beverage’s eight restaurants in Chengdu and Chongqing include Danang Vietnamese Cuisine which serves à la carte Vietnamese cuisine, Pho, barbecue, street food, beer and other beverages.

Pho Thuy, which features fast food from Southeast Asia, has earned a tremendous reputation for its Pho and Vietnamese snacks, while Thai restaurant Bangkok Cook features traditional Thai street food, including signature dish Thai boat noodle and specialty dishes from Hoi An.

Another Vietnamese restaurant, Đồ ăn vỉa hè Hoi An Danang, features traditional Vietnamese cuisine and comfort food, bringing a diversified dining experience to the market.
