Taiwan’s Jumbo Technology says it has maintained contact with its customers and launched and demonstrated new products throughout the COVID-19 pandemic via live-streaming.

In a message to clients sent to Inside Asian Gaming on Thursday, Jumbo noted that it was continuing to push through with its latest entertainment product releases, including a new Long Yi Fa Jackpot Link and its “Fortune Treasure” slot product, by utilizing live streaming.

“Jumbo will get through this hard time with you and we will keep providing the best products and service,” the company said.

Jumbo, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2020, recently revealed plans to push ahead with its original product release schedule this year, while also providing essential technical support and services to its customers during the coronavirus crisis.

The company has more than 12,000 machines deployed in over 200 entertainment venues around the world.
