The International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) has announced that its 39th Annual International Gaming Summit will be held in Belfast, Northern Ireland from 16 to 18 June 2020, pending any potential interruption as a result of the global coronavirus pandemic.
The high-level event at The Culloden Estate and Spa will offer a variety of keynote speakers, panel discussions and interactive sessions covering topics such as the expansion of US sports betting, the shifting sands of opportunity in Asia, the US regulatory agenda, the evolving gaming M&A landscape, opportunities, challenges and risks of VIP business, and the challenges equipment providers face when tasked with making gambling safer through game and product design.
Addressing the coronavirus threat, the IAGA said, “As we all know, the coronavirus situation is extremely serious and fast moving, raising significant health, business and travel concerns and creating considerable business uncertainty.
“The IAGA Board will continue to monitor developments carefully and, in particular, any travel restrictions imposed by Governments or companies. As the Summit approaches, we will provide members and guests with updates on related medical and travel advice.”
