Donaco International Limited has announced the departure of General Counsel and Company Secretary Ben Reichel, the latest in a growing list of changes to the company’s executive team following a dramatic boardroom coup in November.
Reichel will step down from duties by mutual agreement on 12 February 2020, Donaco said, although he will remain available to assist the board and the company via a new consultancy agreement.
His place will be taken by Ms Marika White, who is Executive Director of Emerson Corporate Services – a company described as providing a full range of compliance and company secretarial services to companies, funds and family offices.
“We have appreciated Ben Reichel’s professionalism in assisting with the transition to the new Board,” said Donaco Chairman Mel Ashton. “We are sad to see him go, but we respect his decision, and we are pleased that his expertise and knowledge of the Company’s businesses will continue to be available in his role as a consultant to the Company.”
