Macau Legend Development Ltd has warned of the existence of a fraudulent website running lottery operations and making use of the company’s name, logo and trademark.
The website, located at http://vip.mclegend.ga, also uses photos and information of directors and senior management of the company, it said in a filing.
“The company wishes to clarify that neither the company nor the directors and senior management of the company have any connection with the purported company named in the fake website and the fraudulent materials,” Macau Legend said.
“Moreover, the company has not operated and is not operating any lottery game as shown in such fake website. The contact information contained in the fake website are also irrelevant to the company and would not be able to reach the company or our directors and senior management.”
