Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited has won the Gold Award for Best Mass Recruitment at the Human Resources Asia Recruitment Awards 2019.
In a press release, Melco said the award recognizes its reputation as “somewhere people want to work and where colleagues are at the center of the company’s corporate strategy.”
Anchored by the philosophy to “hire for attitude, potential, and image, and train on skills”, Melco’s integrated resorts have been successful in hiring thousands of colleagues and onboarding them to ensure that premium service is delivered to its customers,” it added.
Established in 2015, the Asia Recruitment Awards is the only regional recruitment awards ceremony. The Best Mass Recruitment category recognizes successful strategies and performance across companies. Candidates are evaluated for their recruitment process, including extensive search, initial screening, recruitment interviews and employee turnover rates.
Candidates for the award also had to demonstrate how their employee recruitment strategies enable an effective employee engagement track record for the company.
