The increasingly popular Triton Poker Super High Roller Series has promised to include the biggest buy-in poker tournament of all-time when it returns to Jeju Shinhwa World’s Landing Casino in Korea in March.
Although full details are yet to be released, Triton Poker offered some insight into its 2019 series in a new promotional video released this week, including what it says is the “biggest buy-in in poker history.”
If true, that means a buy-in greater than the US$1 million Big One for One Drop held every other year during the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas and the €1 million Big One for One Drop Extravaganza held in 2016.
The 2018 Triton Poker Super High Roller Series included stops in Korea, Montenegro and Russia and has already promised five stops in 2019, starting with Jeju from 1 to 9 March.
The remaining events are scheduled for May, July, September and November.
The exciting poker series has attracted plenty of attention due to its huge tournament buy-ins and massive cash games attracting poker’s biggest names.
