IGT has announced the official appointment of Lorenzo Pellicioli as its new Chairperson.
The company’s former Vice Chairperson has been filling the role in an acting capacity since the departure of Phil Satre – now Chairman of Wynn Resorts – in August but on Monday the board voted to hand him the reins permanently.
“I am honored to serve as Chairperson for IGT and I look forward to working with the Directors and senior management to guide continued success in the future,” Pellicoli said.
The board also appointed James McCann as Vice Chairperson and Lead Independent Director. McCann has served on the Board since 2015 and currently serves as the chair of the board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
