The 13 Holdings completes corporate name and logo change
Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The 13 Holdings has successfully completed a change of its English and Chinese names as well as its official corporate logo.

In a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, The 13 said the English name of the company has now reverted to South Shore Holdings Limited, while the Chinese name has changed from 十三集團有限公司 to 南岸集團有限公司.

In a previous announcement, the company said that the name change “will provide a clear delineation between our corporate identity and that of our principal asset,” namely the yet-to-be-launched The 13 hotel in Macau.

The company also revealed its new logo, pictured below.

The 13 Holdings recently revised its April launch date to 30 June 2018 due to ongoing funding concerns as it pushes for completion of its much-vaunted Cotai property.

The company revealed in March that its cash balance as of 30 September 2017 was down to just HK$17 million. It recently wrapped up a subscription offer for rights issue shares aimed at raising HK$973 million.
