Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Inside Asian Gaming will run an insightful panel session on day one of the G2E Asia conference tomorrow titled the Asian Markets Forum.

The Forum, to be moderated by IAG CEO Andrew W Scott, will be split into two 45 minute panels — Asia North and Asia South – and will discuss a wide range of issues from IR project development and design through to construction, marketing, labour supply and other unique considerations of each market.

Asia North runs from 1:30pm to 2:15pm and will focus on jurisdictions such as Japan, Russia and Nepal while Asia South runs from 2.15pm to 3.00pm and will look at Vietnam, Cambodia, Korea and the Philippines.

Some of the issues to be considered include the unique opportunities and challenges each market brings, the political and social implications of new IR development and the key taxation, regulatory, technological, demographic and other factors to consider.

Speakers for Asia North include Union Gaming’s Grant Govertsen, Summit Ascent Executive Director Eric Landheer, Caesars Entertainment’s William Shen and Alidad Tash from 2NT8 Limited.

Those discussing Asia South include former Silver Heritage Group Chairman David Green, GMA’s Shaun McCamley, MdME Lawyers Partner Rui Pinto Proença, Marie Antonette B Quiogue from Romulo and Donaco International Executive Director Ben Reichel.

Both panel sessions will include dynamic presentations, moderated Q&A discussion and extensive opportunities for audience interaction and questions.
