Melco International Development Limited has announced the appointment of Melco Resorts Executive Vice President Geoffrey Davis as its new Chief Financial Officer following the resignation of Dennis Tam Chi Wai, effective from 31 December 2017.
Mr Davis, who was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Melco Resorts in April 2011, will head up and assume full responsibility for the financial and treasury functions of the company as well as retaining his current responsibilities with Melco Resorts, the company said in an announcement. His previous roles include Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Melco Resorts from August 2010 to March 2011 and Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance of Melco Resorts from 2007.
Mr Tam is leaving in order to start a new business venture.
