Landing International Development has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Asia to build a luxury Four Seasons Resort at its Jeju Shinhwa World in Korea.
Scheduled for completion in 2019, Four Seasons Resort will be designed, developed, constructed, furnished and equipped in accordance with the high design standards of the Four Seasons Group, which will also provide day-to-day-operations.
It will include 240 “lavishly furnished guest rooms, suites and exclusive villas, with a variety of tailor-made restaurants and bars and will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for intimate weddings and prestigious corporate events, as well as a luxurious spa, designed in the style of a traditional Korean tea house,” Landing International announced.
The company also said it would accelerate construction of the waterpark, theme park hotel and dormitory plus training facilities at Jeju Shinhwa World, all of which will now be completed in 2018 rather than the originally scheduled 2019.
“With the launch of the Four Seasons Resort and the planned acceleration and revision on construction plans, the group is confident that Jeju Shinhwa World will become an extraordinary new hot tourist destination for local and global travelers,” Landing International said.
