Melco International Development Ltd has announced the retirement of Mr Frank Tsui as an Executive Director of the company after 16 years of service.
Mr Tsui, 60, will continue as a non-executive director but will no longer serve on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee or Regulatory Compliance Committee.
His position has been taken by by Mr Clarence Chung.
Mr Tsui had been an Executive Director with Melco International Development Ltd since November 2001 and is Chairman and non-executive director of MelcoLot Limited, a director of Canada-listed Mountain China Resorts (Holding) Limited, an independent non-executive director of Jinhui Holdings Company Limited and a non-executive director of Oslo-listed Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited.
He has more than 30 years of experience in investment and banking industries and held senior management positions at various international financial institutions. He was formerly the President of China Assets Investment Management Limited which is the investment manager of China Assets (Holdings) Limited, a listed investment holding company in Hong Kong.
