On the heels of its successful 2017 Summit, the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) has announced that it will hold the 2018 International Gaming Summit from 14 to 16 May 2018 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Macau. Held in conjunction with the annual Global Gaming Expo Asia (G2E Asia) trade show and conference, the 2018 International Gaming Summit will include one-day workshops on responsible gaming, financial crime as well as a workshop specifically focused on global regulatory issues and initiatives.
IAGA President-Elect Laura McAllister Cox, Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and Legal Counsel for Rush Street Gaming, said, “Macau, the global gaming industry’s largest land-based market, is a dynamic and constantly-changing gaming destination and IAGA is looking forward to hosting our annual Summit there in 2018.
“As this is our Association’s first Summit in Macau, we are confident that our international delegates will appreciate the opportunity to visit this critical jurisdiction and see first-hand how its operators support their clientele. I look forward to joining our 2018 delegates in Macau and participating with them in the thought-provoking discussions for which IAGA’s Summit is so well known.”
The IAGA recently concluded its 36th annual International Gaming Summit at the JW Marriott Essex House Hotel in New York City. The three-day event brought together over 250 industry executives from all global gaming sectors, with delegates representing gaming operators, suppliers, attorneys, investors, financial advisors, educators and regulators.
