Gaming Concepts launches upgraded version of TeamTrack staff software

Gaming Concepts Group— a specialist in sourcing casino equipment supplies—says it has launched the latest version of TeamTrack staff management software produced by Real Time Information Systems.

TeamTrack version 4.1.1 has several major enhancements says Gaming Concepts.

“TeamTrack is the leader in high performance staff management software and this upgrade once again gives companies a fantastic tool to enhance their greatest asset…. the staff,” says Julian Wagner, Gaming Concepts’ Vice President for Business Development & Sales.

The major new features are: a TeamTrack kiosk; staff member appraisal e-mail notification;  multi-language capability; a watch list; alternate appraisal interval list; property wide multi-skill search; report email function; my team group module; time and attendance exceptions; time and attendance exception reports; delta functions and reports; activity reports; involvement reports; multi-position group leader randomisation; assignable group leader weighting for randomising team group staff; RFID card enrolment system; department & shift report edit function; staff search module; editing appraisals; automated warning & commendation pop ups; appraisal seeding; editable network settings.
