PRESS RELEASE

NEWave, the leading software supplier to the casino gaming industry, is coming to the Global Gaming Expo 2011, with a major step forward in its product offerings and pricing models and new ways of delivering its products. NEWave will be in G2E booth #1337, where it will be discussing its Software Update v4, a complete solution package that helps protect casinos against fraud, streamlines operations, increases productivity and adds to the bottom line.

“We are very excited about G2E, because we want to share our software success stories with the entire industry,” said NEWave CEO Bart Lewin. “Our clients have reported back to us that they are saving upwards of $100,000 a year with our software, and now with our updated product offerings and pricing models, it is a better time than ever for casinos of all sizes to hear firsthand how we streamline operations and add to the bottom line.”

NEWave’s new management team and its sales team will be on hand to discuss NEWave’s Software v4 solutions, which is comprised of:

myCageOperations™, the only total software solution for every function in the casino cage, from check-cashing to deposits and everything in between. The entire purpose of myCageOperations is to increase productivity, accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire cage – the central cash core of every casino.

myCompliance™, which allows front of house casino staff to do what they do best – serve their customers – and provides back of house staff with aggregated transaction reporting by patron to streamline all the paperwork and processes that are required by local, state and federal regulation.

myDocumentManager™, which saves money on paper, printers, ink and document storage and saves time by having all documents optically stored for easy collaboration and retrieval. Plus it empowers a casino to flow information automatically for approval/review throughout the entire enterprise.

myRevenueAudit™ scans, reads and stores all gaming documents; archives digitally; enables quick and easy reporting, retrieval and reprinting; locates missing documents; balances against the host system; records exceptions; and automates the exception reporting process.

Additionally, NEWave is launching myCloudSolutions™, a new safe, secure and affordable option for casinos to use NEWave’s innovative products in the Cloud. Further, NEWave’s new myProfessionalServices team completes the package, because the team oversees installation and management of all NEWave software, and also provides top-level IT advice and services.

NEWave is riding a winning wave into G2E. In 2011, NEWave has signed new clients, expanded existing relationships, developed new partnerships and invested in R&D that has resulted in new and better solutions.

NEWave and its clients are creating innovative solutions together. Founded in 1993, NEWave has more than 200 years of combined professional experience in the gaming and hospitality industry; indentifying, developing and deploying tools and strategies required to successfully manage information technology projects and organization. In addition, NEWave leads the industry in the development and implementation of gaming and hospitality software applications and services that provide complete solutions for auditing functions, regulatory compliance and casino cage operations.
