NEWwave and Veridocs team up to link casino data systems with player ID checks

NEWave, a leading supplier of information software for the casino industry, has joined forces with Veridocs, a leading provider of technology for player identity verification, to produce ground-breaking new products.

In a new software release scheduled for this September, Veridocs will be integrated into NEWave’s system. This will make it even easier for casinos who want ID authentication (validating that an ID document presented at a casino is official) to do so in conjunction with player and other back of house information managed using NEWave’s products. For gaming properties already using Veridocs, NEWave products will easily interface with that system.

NEWave and Veridocs have been working in concert since January 2011, and the Veridocs system works with NEWave’s myCompliance™ suite and myCageOperations™ suite. NEWave’s software scans and collects all identity information, and the Veridocs add-on accessory can both read and authenticate documents; streamlining both processes.

“NEWave and Veridocs have had a tremendous relationship, and that association has been beneficial to our clients. Now with this new integration, we are making it even easier for our casino clients to authenticate documents, adding an extra layer of security and protection for their business,” said NEWave CEO Bart Lewin.

“Our business is to help casinos and other industries mitigate their risks by adding the security of true and accurate document authentication. Integrating that crucial element with NEWave’s advanced software creates a rock-solid security foundation for casinos,” said Veridocs Executive Vice President of Business Development John Mahoney.
