PRESS RELEASE

LAS VEGAS (June 21, 2011) – JCM Global is known the world over for providing the most innovative solutions available for automated transactions. Now the company has entered an exciting new phase in the company’s history by making a financial commitment to Nanoptix Thermal Printers. JCM Global’s goal is to evolve as the leading supplier of printers to cash handling industries.

JCM Global first introduced a simple TITO printer to gaming more than ten years ago. Now this new venture allows JCM to build on its extensive experience in securing currency and dispensing tickets and expands the JCM product line, creating an even more complete one-source solution for casino operators and gaming device end-users.

JCM Global will market  Nanoptix printers in all jurisdictions JCM serves globally. The primary gaming printer – PayCheck 4™ – will be re-launched as a JCM Global product immediately, as both companies work closely to integrate the printer into the award-winning line of products.

“In every corner of the world, operators have come to know and rely on JCM to offer and support the best-designed and most innovative transaction solutions available,” said JCM Global President Aki Isoi. “Of course, our portfolio of products began with bill validators and has grown to include a range of products of bill validators, intelligent cash boxes, dynamic bezels, video display solutions and more. Now with this financial commitment, we expand our offerings into an area that we have understood since the introduction of our TSP printer in 2001. We are very excited to be able to immediately offer PayCheck 4, the fastest, smartest and most robust printer in gaming today.”

Nanoptix President Daniel Vienneau said, “When we first opened Nanoptix, I said our mission was to provide our customers the most advanced, efficient, reliable, innovative, customized products and services in the marketplace. Today with the significant resources being added by market-leader JCM Global, we can fully realize that mission, providing global reach in marketing and sales, with the customer service and support that has made JCM Global famous around the world .”

The PayCheck 4 is a superior product because of its incredibly fast print speed, extensive onboard memory and long-lasting print head. These three differentiators make the PayCheck 4 printer the best in its class.

Beyond existing products, the arrangement allows JCM to tap the creative brain trust of the Nanoptix R&D group. The group will begin working on future enhancements with JCM, including development of future printer “apps” to make both the bill validator and the printer more productive and efficient.

“This is a big win for the industry. The combined insights of JCM’s and Nanoptix’s R&D teams are certain to lead to awesome new creations, an expectation that fits perfectly in JCM’s long history of innovation,” Isoi said.

JCM Global is the world’s leading supplier of innovative automated transactions solutions for the banking, gaming and retail industries. With unsurpassed service and support, JCM Global is trusted by operators, manufacturers and integrators on six continents. Its extensive line of award-winning products set global standards with ground-breaking products like the iVIZION®, Universal Bill Acceptor (UBA®) and Vega-RC™ bill validators, Intelligent Cash Box (ICB®) and PayCheck 4™ thermal printer.
