Shuffle Master has appointed Tham Han Truong as Technical Manager for Asia.
Mr Truong has 17 years of experience in the gaming industry—six of them in Asia. His expertise covers all aspects of gaming including slot machines, jackpot control systems and slot and table management systems. In his new role he is responsible for Shuffle Master’s growing number of product installations in the region, and for maintenance and technical support of that installed base.
Previously he worked in Macau as Atronic’s Technical Product Manager for Asia. Before that he was part of Aristocrat’s technical support team in Macau.
“Tham is a real asset to our Asian business due to his methodical approach to technical matters and his vast previous experience in the technical area,” said Ken Jolly, Vice President of Shuffle Master Asia.
“I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Tham previously and he is a valuable addition to the team in Asia,” Mr Jolly added.
Shuffle Master is a leading manufacturer of electronic shufflers, proprietary electronic table games, gaming management systems and slots.
