California-based Specific Solutions has signed a global sales and service agreement with TCSJOHNHUXLEY for Specific’s patent pending Chip Brite® Ultrasonic Chip Cleaning System and complementary Solution Chemistries.
TCSJOHNHUXLEY describes itself as the industry’s largest single source supplier of traditional table gaming equipment, offering manufacturing, sales and service facilities around the globe. Specific Solutions launched Chip Brite in 2009 and it is currently used in major casinos throughout California.
Gaming chips are handled by a large number of people on a daily basis, and so those chips need to be cleaned regularly to prevent the spread of germs to players and casino staff.
Chip Brite uses ultrasonic technology to provide quick, consistent and thorough cleaning of all chip surfaces. Bulk loads of chips can be cleaned, rinsed, and coated with an anti-slip solution and made ready to go back to the tables in less than 30 minutes.
Ken Magrini, President of Specific Solutions and Roger Hawkins, CEO of TCSJOHNHUXLEY Americas, said the agreement would extend the reach of the Chip Brite system into new markets because of TCSJOHNHUXLEY’s global operation. The Chip Brit product range will be exhibited at the G2E gaming trade show in Las Vegas this November, and at the International Gaming Expo in London in January.
