Remote Squeeze
Salon International is developing an automated “Remote Playing Cards Printer” (RPC Printer), which enables players to draw cards and interact with their online gaming experience. The RPC Printer will print normal casino playing cards according to the signal received; namely, the rank and suit of the card dealt to the player.
Cards fed into the RPC printer all have a blank front face ready for printing, while the backside is pre-printed with tailor made customer artwork. After printing is complete, the cards emerge face down from the RPC printer, so players must pick up the card—squeeze it if they’re so inclined—and flip it over in order to determine the outcome, as occurs in traditional baccarat games at land-based casinos.
Salon International has applied for an international patent for this product.
