Okada Manila enjoyed a record month in November, with gross gaming revenue of Php2.9 billion and Adjusted EBITDA of Php527.8 million, Universal Entertainment Corp has revealed.
The GGR represented a 9% increase on October numbers while Adjusted EBITDA was up 42%, with Universal pointing to higher win rates in both the VIP and mass market segments. It added that the GGR increase was also due to the additional revenue contribution by new contracted junkets in VIP table games within the quarter.
VIP revenue was Php1.5 billion in November with mass table games contributing Php763 million and slot machines Php695 million.
The result takes Okada Manila’s gaming revenue for the first 11 months of 2018 to Php24.7 billion, with Adjusted EBITDA of almost Php1.7 billion.
Universal also revealed hotel occupancy of 97.4% for November, while its entertainment segment recorded its highest ever daily revenue on 30 November as a result of a performance by DJ Tiesto at Cove nightclub.
