Philippines casino and real estate developer Belle Corporation – the parent company of City of Dreams Manila co-licensee Premium Leisure Corp – has reported a 27% boost in revenue in 2017, aided by a 59% increase in its share of gaming revenue from its Entertainment City integrated resort.
Belle Corp’s revenue from City of Dreams Manila jumped to Php2.6 billion in 2017, up from Php1.6 billion 12 months earlier. The company also raked in Php3.1 billion in revenues from its real estate business of which Php2.3 billion came from Belle’s lease to partner Melco Resorts and Entertainment (Philippines) Corporation of the land and buildings comprising City of Dreams Manila.
Belle Corporation reported consolidated revenues of Php8.0 billion for 2017, up from Php6.3 billion in 2016, while consolidated net income rose 13% to Php3.5 billion.
