Galaxy Macau and Broadway Macau have won 13 distinct honors from the established Quality Tourism Services Accreditation Scheme (QTSAS) ceremony organized by Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO). As a third-year winner, these awards further reinforce the resort’s leading position in providing top-notch hospitality experience and commitment to “World-Class, Asian Heart” service.
The achievements include a number of restaurants winning the “Star Merchant Award.” They are Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant, The Noodle Kitchen, Gosto, and Urban Kitchen at Galaxy Macau, and Ba Shan Spicy Noodles, Ving Kei Tao Fu Min Sek, Pepper Lunch, Wong Kun Sio Kung, Du Hsiao Yueh, Nan Xiang Steamed Bun Restaurant, Hung’s Delicacies and Katong Corner at Broadway.
This year marks the third consecutive year that GEG has been recognized by the QTSAS organized by the MGTO. Starting in 2015, numerous dining outlets of the resort have been accredited with this distinct honor multiple times. All “Star Merchant Award” assessment consists of two portions, the “Mystery Shopping Assessment” and “Service Management System Audit.” Every award signifies the restaurants’ continuous efforts to deliver extraordinary travel and dining service.
“I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest gratitude to the judges of QTSAS in recognizing our efforts for three consecutive years in a row. We will continue to stand behind our “Asian Heart” service philosophy to provide top-tier service and upscale Food & Beverage experience. Galaxy Entertainment Group will also work in line with the Macau Government to develop Macau into a World Centre of Tourism and Leisure and progresses towards diversified development and become an internationally-acclaimed tourist destination.” said Mr Richard Longhurst, Director of Operations, Galaxy Macau.
